Free delivery
At Collecty Box , delivery is free, with no minimum purchase. We ship throughout Europe, as well as to North and South America. Orders are processed within 3 to 7 working days, via Colissimo or equivalent carrier, with home or Point Relais delivery subject to availability.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, pre-orders), a slight delay may apply.
Careful packaging
Each figurine is carefully protected in discreet, sturdy packaging suited to the collection. We reduce superfluous packaging and favor recyclable materials as part of our responsible approach.
Order tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your delivery at any time from your customer account or via the tracking link. If you have any questions, please contact us at: sales@collectybox.com
Returns & exchanges within 30 days
You have up to 30 days after receipt to make a return or exchange.
- Returns are free of charge as part of an exchange or credit note.
- In the event of a refund request, a fixed processing fee of €6.90 will be deducted.
- Refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
