Collecty Box Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. DEFINITIONS "Personal information" refers to the data you provided when you registered; "Product" means a product offered for sale on the website; "Countries served" means mainland France, the European Union, and the countries available for delivery indicated on our website; "We" means Collecty Box, a company with its registered office at 2 Rue Galvani, Massy 91300; "Website" means the website located at www.collectybox.com or any other URL that may replace it; "You" means a user of this website.

USE OF THE WEBSITE 2.1 Access Access to this website is provided to you in accordance with these terms and conditions, and all orders must be placed in strict compliance with these terms and conditions. Our site is intended for use by persons residing in the Served Countries. We do not accept orders from other regions.

2.2 Registration 2.2.1 By registering, you warrant that: (a) the personal information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; (b) you will notify us immediately of any changes by writing to us at sales@collectybox.com. 2.2.2 You agree not to impersonate any third party or use false information.

2.3 Our rights We reserve the right to: (a) modify or withdraw all or part of the site without notice; (b) modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these changes.

  1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS 3.1 Ordering 3.1.1 By placing an order on our website, you declare that:

  • have legal capacity;

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • reside in a country served. 3.1.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge receipt by email and then confirm shipment. The contract is formed upon this confirmation. 3.1.3 An order may be refused if:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment is declined;

  • a pricing error is detected;

  1. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT 4.1 You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the Products. Refunds will be made in accordance with our policy. 4.2 You must notify us in writing and return the Products at your own expense. The Products must be returned in their original condition. 4.3 This right does not apply to personalized products, unless they are defective.

  2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 5.1 We make every effort to ensure that the information is accurate. Prices will be confirmed in the shipping email. 5.2 Colors may differ slightly in reality.

  3. PRICES AND PAYMENT 6.1 Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. 6.2 Prices may change without affecting confirmed orders. 6.3 We secure payments but are not responsible for fraudulent use. 6.4 For deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for paying these.

  4. DELIVERY 7.1 We deliver within 5 to 7 business days, subject to availability. 7.2 Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability. 7.3 For more information, please visit our Delivery page.

  5. RETURN OF GOODS 8.1 You have 14 days to return the Products. A flat-rate processing fee may be deducted. 8.2 (a) If you return the product in accordance with the conditions, you will be refunded in full within 30 days. (b) In the event of a defect, we will notify you by email and refund all costs. 8.3 The refund will be made using the original payment method. 8.4 Personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 8.5 Exchanges are processed at no additional cost. In the event of a price difference, this will be adjusted.

  6. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES We do not control third-party websites and accept no responsibility for them.

  7. PRIVACY POLICY Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

  8. GIFT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS 11.1 Collecty Box gift vouchers are valid online. 11.2 They cannot be exchanged for cash. 11.3 The balance can be used at a later date. 11.4 They cannot be used to settle an account. 11.5 The unique code on the voucher must be entered. 11.6 Damaged vouchers are not valid. 11.7 In the event of a return, a replacement voucher will be issued.

  9. MULTIPLE PURCHASE OFFERS 12.1 Offers apply only to the products concerned. 12.2 Cannot be combined with other promotions. 12.3 Additional charges are excluded from discounts. 12.4 If an item is returned, the total discount will be recalculated. 12.5 Clearance items are excluded. 12.6 Limit of three offers per order.

  10. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS 13.1 Only one voucher per transaction. Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. 13.2 Cannot be combined with other offers. 13.3 Valid only on collectybox.com. 13.4 In the event of a return, the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the refund. 13.5 Not valid for alterations or shipping costs. 13.6 Not compatible with certain payment methods.

  11. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL 14.1 We are not liable for delays due to force majeure. 14.2 This includes, but is not limited to: (a) strikes, riots, wars; (b) natural disasters; (c) transport or telecommunications failures; (d) government restrictions. 14.3 The performance period shall be extended by the duration of the force majeure event.

  12. GENERAL INFORMATION 15.1 The content of the website is the property of Collecty Box. 15.2 Any reproduction is prohibited without our authorization. 15.3 By using the website, you agree to electronic communications. 15.4 Notices may be sent to sales@collectybox.com or to our postal address. 15.5 The contract is binding on all parties. 15.6 If any clause is illegal, the others remain valid. 15.7 No waiver is implied. 15.8 The contract constitutes the entire agreement. 15.9 We may amend these terms and conditions at any time. 15.10 These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
