Accepted payment methods

Payment for your purchases on the website www.collectybox.com can be made by:

  • Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

The checks are not accepted as a form of payment on our website.

When finalizing your order, you will need to provide:

  • your credit card number (16 digits)

  • expiration date

  • the visual cryptogram (3 digits on the back of the card)

Payment details and order number are sent by email in the order confirmation.

Fraud protection measures

Collecty Box reserves the right to:

  • check the personal data provided when placing the order,

  • request proof of identity and/or address from you,

  • cancel an order if there is any doubt about fraudulent use.

Each transaction is subject to an authorization request from the buyer's bank. Collecty Box cannot be held responsible for any refusal of payment issued by the banking institution.

The products ordered remain the property of Collecty Box until full payment for the order has been received.
