Return and Refund Policy
Free shipping
At Collecty Box, delivery is free, with no minimum purchase required. We deliver throughout Europe, as well as North and South America. Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier, with home delivery or delivery to a pickup point in case of absence.
During busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order tracking

Returns and exchanges within 30 days
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return or exchange it.
- Returns are free of charge for exchanges or gift card requests.
- In the event of a refund request, a fixed fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
