Processing times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your package tracking number.
Delivery areas
We deliver to Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.) and America (North and South).
Delivery times
The average delivery time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your country of residence.
During busy periods (sales, holidays), these delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase, for all destinations covered by Collecty Box.
Delivery methods
Packages are shipped via Colissimo or partner carriers, with delivery:
- At home, directly in your mailbox
- Or at a pickup point, if you are not available at the time of delivery
Order tracking
Each order receives a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
You can track your package at any time on our website or via the link in the confirmation email.
Incorrect address or undeliverable
In the event of an error in the delivery address provided, or prolonged absence, the customer may be charged for the cost of reshipment.
