Processing times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

Delivery zones

We deliver to Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.) and North and South America.

Delivery times

Average delivery times are 1 to 7 working days, depending on your country of residence.

During busy periods (sales, holidays), these times may be slightly extended.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase, to all destinations covered by Collecty Box.

Delivery methods

Packages are dispatched via Colissimo or partner carriers, with delivery :

• Delivered directly to your mailbox
• Or in a Point Relais, if you are absent at the time of delivery.

Order tracking

Each order receives a tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

You can track your parcel at any time from our website or via the link in the confirmation e-mail.

Incorrect or undelivered address

In the event of an error in the delivery address provided, or in the event of prolonged absence, the customer may be invoiced for the cost of redelivery.
